MoVe is the digital home of the 10.40.10 training system. Designed from the ground up by a Veteran, for people who want to train hard, train smart, and stop wasting time deciding what to do. The structure is the same every day — 10 to prepare, 40 to work, 10 to finish. The work rotates through strength, stamina, conditioning, and mobility on the same cycles we've used to build hundreds of athletes inside our gym.

The app is currently in TestFlight beta on iPhone and iPad — anyone can install it free from the link above. Your subscription gives you access to the full programming, log, and BROCK AI inside the app. When the public App Store release ships, your subscription carries over seamlessly.
What devices does the app run on?
iPhone and iPad (iOS / iPadOS 16+). A web version is on the roadmap. Android is planned after the iOS public launch.
Is this just a video library?
No. It's a structured daily program. Every day you open the app, there's a single 60-minute workout already loaded with the right warm-up, the right movements, the right loads, and the timers ready to go. Videos are there as demonstrations, not as the product.
How is this different from CrossFit, Peloton, or YouTube workouts?
